chaos on the home front

Jack is doing his semi-regular "throw a ball at Boone and then get MAD and YELL when Boone grabs it and runs off."

He chases Boone around in an absolute fury while the dog is wagging his tail and giggling to himself about what a fun time they're having....

And 6 times out of ten, Evie is in the middle getting repeatedly knocked on her buns!

 

Thank goodness for story time in 30 minutes.  These kids are no good at at-home independent play right now!

Jack was playing in a blanket fort and got a bird seed in his eye!  Ten minutes of struggling to get it out without poking his eye out (and without HIM scrubbing his own eye out!)

Evie's continuing potty adventure.  Peeing right before asking to sit on her potty.

Spent an hour sweeping, mopping and wiping each segment of floor so curious Evie wouldn't slip on the wet.

Counting puzzle

I haven't gotten a lot of pictures of Jack recently because he moves so darn quickly! They usually come out a blur. But he looooooves to do puzzles at the library after story time. He'll stay at this table for hours!
